Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Wonk (the "Interface"), a website that helps you read and send transactions to public contracts on Arc Chain. By using the Interface you agree to them. If you do not, do not use it.

Last updated 5 September 2026

1.What the Interface is

The Interface is a front end. It reads public data from Arc Chain and from an indexer, and it helps you build transactions that you sign and send from your own wallet. The launchpad and the pools it trades against are smart contracts. They run on their own, they are not operated by us, and they will keep running whether or not this website does.

We do not take custody of your assets, hold your keys, execute trades on your behalf, or act as a broker, exchange or market maker.

2.Eligibility

You may use the Interface only if you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, and are not barred from using it under the laws of your country or any sanctions list that applies to you. You are responsible for knowing whether the activity the Interface enables is lawful where you are.

3.No advice, no endorsement

Nothing on the Interface is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Rankings, trending lists and suggested coins are produced by sorting on-chain numbers. They are not an opinion about value and they are not a review of a coin or of the person who launched it.

4.Anyone can launch a coin

The launchpad is permissionless. Names, tickers, pictures, links and descriptions are supplied by whoever created the coin, and we do not verify any of them.

  • A coin can be named after, and made to look like, a project or a person with no connection to it whatsoever.
  • A creator can hold a large share of their own coin and sell it at any time.
  • Identify a coin by its contract address, which is on every coin page and links to the block explorer. Never by its name or its picture.

5.Fees

Trades carry a swap fee that is split between the coin's creator and the protocol. The rate and the split are set by each launch's configuration and shown on the coin's page. Network gas is paid to Arc Chain and is not ours. Fees may change for future launches; the terms of a launch that already exists are fixed by its own configuration on chain.

6.Third-party protocols and services

Swaps route through Uniswap's Universal Router and Permit2, and the Interface talks to RPC endpoints, an indexer, wallet providers and a content delivery network. None of these are operated by us and all of them are used on their own terms. A failure, outage or change in any of them can stop the Interface working, and can stop a transaction landing, without anything being wrong with your wallet.

7.Risks you accept

  • You can lose everything you put in. Meme coins are volatile, frequently go to zero, and have no floor under them.
  • Smart contracts can fail. Bugs, economic exploits and failures in dependencies can destroy value permanently, with no way to reverse a transaction or recover funds.
  • Prices move against size. A large trade on a thin pool fills far worse than the quote suggests. The Interface shows a minimum received before you confirm; check it.
  • Liquidity is not guaranteed. There may be nothing on the other side when you want to sell.
  • Transactions are final. A signed transaction cannot be undone by us or by anyone else, and an asset sent to the wrong address is gone.
  • You alone hold your keys. If you lose them, or sign something you should not have, nobody can restore your access.

8.Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Interface to:

  • break any law that applies to you, launder money, or fund anything unlawful
  • impersonate a person, project or brand you have no right to represent
  • manipulate a market, including wash trading and coordinated pump and dump schemes
  • upload malware, phishing links, or content that is illegal to distribute
  • attack, overload, scrape abusively, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Interface or the services behind it

We may remove content from this website and stop serving it to anyone, at our discretion. That is a limit on this website only. It does not remove anything from the chain, which nobody can edit.

9.Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in the name, picture, description and links you supply for a coin. By submitting them you confirm you are allowed to use them, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display them on the Interface. Note that the same material is written to the chain and to a public indexer, where it stays whatever we do here.

10.No warranty

The Interface is provided as is and as available, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that the data it shows is correct or current, or that any defect will be fixed.

11.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, funds, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Interface, of any smart contract it interacts with, or of any third-party service it depends on.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

12.Changes

We may change the Interface, or these terms, at any time. The date at the top of this page says when it last changed, and continuing to use the Interface after that means you accept the new version. Material changes will be announced on our Telegram and X accounts.

13.Contact

Questions about these terms go to the two accounts above. See also our Privacy Policy for what the Interface does with data.
